Dynamics 365 Enterprise AI Architect (AI)

Salary: $119,015–$170,000 base compensation annually, with potential additional variable compensation.

What you will do

• Define end-to-end enterprise architecture and target-state designs for Microsoft-native customer engagement, sales, and contact center platforms.
• Architect integrated Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Omnichannel, Customer Insights, and Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
• Design agent and seller workspaces, customer journeys, routing, queues, workstreams, and sales and service orchestration.
• Architect Copilot Studio, conversational AI, virtual agents, sales copilots, agent assistance, and workflow automation.
• Define Azure integration patterns using API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and secure networking.
• Establish architecture standards for APIs, canonical models, event-driven integrations, security, monitoring, resiliency, and responsible AI.

Requirements

• Experience defining enterprise architecture for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Microsoft-native customer engagement platforms.
• Expertise across Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience designing Azure-native integrations with enterprise systems, telephony, knowledge repositories, analytics, and workforce management platforms.
• Knowledge of API standards, event-driven architecture, error handling, retries, idempotency, and resilient system design.
• Ability to align architecture with revenue, customer experience, sales, and service performance outcomes.
