Dynamics 365/Azure Healthcare Solution Architect

Location: US-wide remote with some travel

Salary: £150,000–£175,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and deliver enterprise healthcare solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Architect Specialty Hub, Patient Access Services, Specialty Pharmacy, and patient support solutions.
• Design custom applications, APIs, data models, integrations, and automation using Azure services and modern architecture patterns.
• Translate healthcare business needs into scalable, secure technology solutions and communicate architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish architecture standards, development guidelines, and best practices across delivery teams.
• Support ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, continuous platform improvement, and technical mentorship.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing enterprise healthcare technology solutions.
• Experience with Patient Access Services, Specialty Hubs, Specialty Pharmacy, or patient support programs.
• Understanding of Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization, Copay Assistance, and Patient Enrollment workflows.
• Strong Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, REST integrations, and enterprise software architecture.
• Must be available to work remotely within the United States and travel occasionally.
