Operations Engineer

What you will do

• Troubleshoot incidents and investigate issues by formulating theories, testing hypotheses, and identifying root causes.
• Ensure products operate reliably around the clock.
• Communicate with teams across the company to resolve problems and improve existing solutions.
• Support documentation, ongoing operational processes, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to reliable, scalable access to critical data across platforms, warehouses, licensees, and regulatory systems.

Requirements

• Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with Git, Puppet, and Grafana.
• Understanding of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write simple queries.
• Strong ownership, independent problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Higher education in IT.
• Experience with Apache or Nginx web servers.
• Experience with AWS cloud.
