Recruiter (4 Month FTC)

What you will do

• Source and screen candidates through social media, applicant tracking systems, referrals, career fairs, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone interviews, qualify candidates, and recommend suitable applicants to hiring managers.
• Manage recruitment activity for multiple departments, functions, and locations, handling up to 20+ requisitions.
• Educate hiring managers on the hiring process and coordinate with HR centers of excellence and other stakeholders.
• Maintain the hirify.global applicant tracking system, prepare job advertisements, and create hiring and requisition reports.
• Present updates to the Recruitment team on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable recruiting experience with demonstrated success and knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to negotiate and close offers while managing a high volume of requisitions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a staffing agency environment is preferred.
