TL;DR
AI Engineer (LLM) (Python/FastAPI/LangChain): Building AI-powered documentation platforms for telecommunications with an accent on LLM orchestration, agent-based workflows, scalable APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure. Focus on integrating AI with enterprise systems, developing backend services, and ensuring reliability, observability, and deployment across Kubernetes environments.
Location: Fully remote in Europe, Albania, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine

What you will do
- Research and develop AI-driven documentation solutions for a European telecommunications customer.
- Build backend services and REST APIs with Python and asynchronous frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Integrate LLM capabilities, agent-based workflows, and AI tooling into existing platforms.
- Collaborate on frontend features using React, TypeScript, and Vite.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
- Diagnose issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers while improving reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial software development experience.
- Strong Python, FastAPI, REST API, relational database, ORM, and PostgreSQL experience.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Git-based code review.
- Ability to debug across the full application stack and work effectively in Agile teams.
- Upper-Intermediate English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic workflows, AI tool integration protocols, Helm, and observability tools such as Grafana or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with OAuth2/OIDC, Keycloak, editor or IDE extensions, enterprise-scale AI platforms, or cloud-native distributed systems.
- Experience contributing to architecture decisions and documentation tooling ecosystems.
