What you will do

• Own monthly financial reporting and month-end closing activities for German and Swiss entities.
• Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies into group finance processes and systems.
• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders on compliance and statutory reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements across international finance operations.

Requirements

• Professional accounting experience with strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Fluent German and English; at least C1 German proficiency is required.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
