TL;DR
Strategy Analyst (Cybersecurity): Preparing executive communications, security reports, and strategic presentations while researching geopolitical, regulatory, technology, and threat trends with an accent on translating complex security developments into actionable business insights. Focus on developing a three-year global security strategy, building investment business cases, and supporting high-impact leadership forums.
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work with time split between home and office based on business and Client needs.
Salary: CAD 65,000–105,000 per year.

What you will do
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, narratives, and speaker notes for senior leadership and security communications.
- Coordinate materials for Security Council, Business Unit Risk Committees, CISO Forums, town halls, and other engagements.
- Research geopolitical shifts, regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and evolving security threats.
- Translate technical and external trends into business insights and strategic direction.
- Support the development of a three-year global security strategy and related program initiatives.
- Develop micro-strategies and business cases for strategic investments, including return-on-investment analysis.
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent co-op experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in technology and/or business writing.
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, including presentation development from storyboard to final materials.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear language for senior executives.
- Strong research, fact-checking, attention-to-detail, prioritization, and independent execution skills.
- Ability to work with global delivery and program teams, technical managers, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
