Apparel Design Director

What you will do

• Set the creative direction and design strategy for the apparel line.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a globally distributed apparel design team.
• Partner with merchandising, production, and planning on assortment, cost, and timelines.
• Drive seasonal concepts, fabric selection, color palettes, and key item direction.
• Translate trend forecasting and customer insights into commercially successful collections.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on product storytelling and launch campaigns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of apparel design experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of garment construction, fit, fabric, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to translate Gen-Z trend signals into commercially successful collections.
• Strong experience building and leading high-performing design teams.
• Experience working with global factories and production partners.
• Portfolio demonstrating range across categories, seasons, and price points.
