Senior User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads): Leading high-volume Google Ads campaigns with a primary focus on visual-first types like Demand Gen, GDA, and YouTube, delivering sustainable DTC acquisition at scale. Focus on sophisticated campaign structures, bid strategies, audience architectures, and data-driven UX/funnel improvements.

Location: Company has five hubs across Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain and the UK. Remote-friendly team.

What you will do

  • Lead high-volume creative testing at scale turning winning creatives into high-performing assets.
  • Run and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns (mid–7 figures annually) focusing on Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube.
  • Build and test sophisticated campaign structures, bid strategies, and audience architectures.
  • Own and monitor all performance KPIs in Google Ads and BI tools, turning data into actionable next steps.
  • Proactively recommend UX/funnel improvements grounded in data and user behaviour.
  • Monitor industry and competitive trends, translating insights into opportunities for testing and scaling.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with strong results in DTC (subscription apps a plus).
  • Track record of managing $1M+ budgets and scaling accounts significantly while keeping CAC and LTV/CAC in line with targets.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube campaign types.
  • Proven experience running structured, high-volume creative testing at scale.
  • Expert command of bid strategies and audience strategy (intent layering, first-party data usage, segmentation).
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail; confident working with large data sets and tools such as Excel, BI tools (Tableau), GA4.
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher required for daily communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience with other DSPs like Applovin.
  • Experience with other media-buying platforms such as paid social, native ad platforms or Apple Search Ads.
