Enterprise Architect (Pharma)

What you will do

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision and roadmap for pharmaceutical R&D, clinical, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial operations.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including lab digitization, smart manufacturing, real-world evidence platforms, and cloud-based clinical data solutions.
• Develop enterprise data strategies covering data integrity, governance, traceability, and ALCOA+ principles.
• Standardize platforms such as LIMS, ERP, MES, and clinical systems, while enabling interoperability through integration patterns and APIs.
• Establish architecture governance, validation strategies, risk management frameworks, and architecture review processes.
• Support implementation teams and collaborate with QA and regulatory teams during audits, inspections, and complex delivery challenges.

Requirements

• 12+ years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in enterprise or solution architecture.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks, including GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and experience with pharmaceutical systems.
• Deep understanding of data integrity, validation, quality systems, and compliance-related risk management.
• Ability to balance emerging technology adoption with regulatory and compliance constraints.

Nice to have

• TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or pharmaceutical compliance certifications.
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in drug discovery or manufacturing.
