What you will do

• Define and communicate the target architecture for hirify.global Belgium in alignment with global standards.
• Translate business and technology strategy into clear architectural choices and multi-horizon roadmaps.
• Steer architectural decisions to support digital transformation, resilience, and cost efficiency.
• Drive landscape simplification and active reduction of technical debt.
• Lead and develop the enterprise architecture community through a strong chapter model.
• Represent Tech Belgium within Group Architecture to contribute to global alignment and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Bruxelles, Belgium.
• Extensive experience (5–10 years) as a lead or enterprise architect in complex environments.
• Proven people leadership experience in a complex matrix organization.
• Strong experience with large-scale universal bankhirify.global IT landscapes.
• Deep understandhirify.global of enterprise architecture and target-state design in regulated environments.
• Experience operathirify.global in Agile-at-scale organizations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or Archimate.
