Senior Enterprise IT Transformation Architect

Location: Italy; the position is governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Salary: €4,620–€8,300 gross monthly for a full-time schedule in Italy. Part-time compensation is adjusted proportionally.

What you will do

• Manage complex infrastructure and application transformation programs for enterprise customers.
• Lead strategic planning and business analysis for cloud migration, adoption, modernization, and optimization.
• Design and deploy integrated hybrid and cloud-native architectures across cloud, data, applications, networks, and infrastructure.
• Drive transition and transformation projects for distributed, mainframe, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop and evaluate enterprise architecture designs aligned with governance and industry best practices.
• Engage stakeholders, assess risks, oversee implementation, and support adoption of modern operating models.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise architectures, focused on infrastructure and application transformation.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect in banking, financial services, industrial, retail, government, or travel and transportation sectors.
• Significant experience with complex cloud migration and adoption, integrated hybrid architectures, and cloud-native design.
• Experience transforming enterprise outsourcing infrastructure services across distributed systems, mainframes, and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, TOGAF, Zachman, infrastructure governance, and consulting methods.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• TOGAF, OpenGroup Certified Architect, hyperscaler, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with Alfabet, LeanIX, or other enterprise architecture tooling.
• Experience with hyperscale cloud providers, automation, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
