RTR Financial Accountant

Location: PH GBS Manila; mid-shift schedule

What you will do

• Complete closing, reporting, clearing, and reconciliation activities while maintaining accurate general ledger balances.
• Prepare, analyze, park, and post intermediate to complex manual journal entries in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Ensure costs and revenues are recorded in the correct accounting period in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
• Investigate reconciliation differences, create action plans, and prepare high-risk periodic account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial, regulatory, statutory, and management reports and keep Standard Operating Procedures accurate and current.
• Provide accounting support to business partners and non-finance departments and respond to management queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Accountancy.
• 3–4 years of finance experience in a large corporate organization.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center, BPO, or offshore migration setup.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and other ERP systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with computer applications.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to work a mid-shift schedule.
