Senior Manager, Endpoint & Trusted Environments (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, United States of America; travel to hirify.global offices and locations worldwide as needed

Base pay range: $225,000–$290,000 per year

hirify.global builds digital asset, payment, stablecoin, and programmable blockchain infrastructure for enterprises, financial institutions, and developers.

What you will do

• Own the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of security controls for executive leadership, corporate and home offices, travel, mobile environments, offices, and co-location sites.
• Lead hirify.global’s endpoint and mobile security program, including endpoint protection, device compliance, secure email, network controls, and configuration baselines across macOS, iOS, and other managed platforms.
• Architect security controls for infrastructure systems, including access management, monitoring, auditability, secure user profiles, and device requirements for high-risk regions and systems.
• Partner with Physical Security, IT, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Facilities to integrate physical and logical security and meet regulatory, audit, and contractual requirements.
• Develop the endpoint and mobile security roadmap, aligned with the threat landscape, zero-trust strategy, and digital asset regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team responsible for endpoint and mobile security operations and high-trust environment management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering or operations, including at least two years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Experience owning enterprise endpoint and mobile security programs, endpoint protection tools, and device compliance frameworks at scale.
• Experience securing physical office and co-location environments, integrating access control and logical security across distributed sites.
• Experience engaging C-suite and senior leadership, conducting physical and logical security risk assessments, and communicating technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of privileged access management, restricted or air-gapped systems, audit trails, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements in financial services or digital assets.
• Familiarity with Slack, Apple macOS, iOS, Google Workspace, CrowdStrike, Iru, Zscaler, Proofpoint, AWS, Tines, and GitHub.

Nice to have

• Background in VIP security or similarly high-touch, high-trust environments.
• Experience in financial services, digital asset management, or fintech.
• Experience securing high-risk locations and geographically distributed environments.
