Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid work

Salary: €5,994–€8,563 gross per month for a 36-hour work week

What you will do

• Drive the development and implementation of hirify.global’s global Job Architecture framework.
• Define job families, career paths, governance principles, standards, and scalable operating processes.
• Translate workforce and talent priorities into practical Job Architecture and Skills solutions.
• Work with human resources technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday and skills-related solutions.
• Guide stakeholder alignment, adoption, ownership, and continuous improvement across human resources, business, and technology.
• Help embed Skills as a strategic capability supporting talent development, workforce planning, internal mobility, and organisational agility.

Requirements

• Academic working and thinking level.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Job Architecture, skills management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Job Architecture and skills-based organisations.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable frameworks, standards, and practical solutions.
• Analytical, consultative, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills required; Dutch is preferred.
