CQV Department Manager (Pharmaceutical Projects)

Location: Basel, Switzerland; staff position with a hybrid work scheme.

What you will do

• Report directly to the Head of CQV - Europe and actively contribute to new hiring.
• Lead, develop, and motivate direct reports by defining targets and reviewing performance.
• Promote technical development across CQV resources through development programs and targeted training assignments.
• Coordinate ongoing CQV projects, ensuring resource availability and reviewing progress with CQV Leads to identify and mitigate risks early.
• Collaborate with other hirify.global offices on training covering the latest pharmaceutical guidelines and standards.
• Prepare technical proposals for the Sales department and support the company safety program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical projects.
• CQV technical experience.
• Fluent German and English.
• Motivated and results-driven approach.
