CQV Department Manager (Pharmaceutical Projects)

Location: Basel, Switzerland; staff position with a hybrid work scheme.

What you will do

• Report to the Head of CQV - Europe and actively support new hiring.
• Lead, develop, and motivate direct reports by setting targets and reviewing performance.
• Drive technical development programs for CQV resources and assign high-potential personnel to relevant training.
• Coordinate ongoing CQV projects, ensuring resource availability and reviewing progress, risks, and mitigation actions with CQV Leads.
• Collaborate with hirify.global offices to promote training on current pharmaceutical guidelines and standards.
• Prepare technical proposals for the Sales department and support the company safety program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical projects.
• CQV technical experience.
• Fluent German and English.
• Motivated and results-driven approach.
