Project Lead, Enabling Technologies (MedTech)

Location: Mathys Bettlach HQ, Switzerland; the role requires presence in the operating room environment.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of the ARVIS Limited Market Release and early launch phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness across hospitals, sites, teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee training for surgeons, operating room teams, and internal stakeholders, including hands-on support during the first 3–5 procedures at each site.
• Coordinate system deployment, logistics, site readiness, and escalation of operational issues.
• Monitor ARVIS utilisation after deployment, address adoption barriers, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the expansion of the enabling technologies portfolio, including future digital and robotic platforms, while interfacing with International ET Launch & Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of experience in MedTech, preferably in surgical technologies, navigation, robotics, or capital equipment.
• Proven experience with product launches, clinical support, or field operations.
• Strong operational execution, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Credibility with surgeons and clinical teams, with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• Willingness to be present in the operating room environment and work from the Bettlach HQ in Switzerland.
