MES Technical Lead

What you will do

• Set priorities and allocate resources to meet production deadlines.
• Provide frontline MES technical and procedural support to manufacturing teams, QA, and plant engineers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and participate in improvement projects.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance, identify deviations, and support their resolution.
• Participate in audits and site visits.
• Train and coach MES team members and support new joiners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmaceutical technology, chemistry, pharmacy, or an equivalent scientific discipline.
• Experience in MES recipe authoring, preferably with Emerson Syncade.
• Ability to coordinate resources and workflows; previous technical team leadership experience is an asset.
• Structured, solution-oriented, independent, flexible, and resilient working style.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple organizational interfaces and on the shopfloor.
• Availability for flexible working hours.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DeltaV.
• Experience in sterile drug product manufacturing.
• Fluency in English and German, written and spoken.
