Associate Product Managers

What you will do

• Analyze product data to identify user drop-off points, retention patterns, and feature performance.
• Monitor markets and competitors, evaluate comparable applications, and provide practical recommendations.
• Organize and prioritize the product backlog, write clear tasks, and align teams on objectives.
• Plan, run, track, and evaluate experiments involving onboarding flows and new product features.
• Collaborate with data, engineering, applied AI engineering, design, growth, and QA teams from idea through launch.
• Support product strategy, roadmap, stakeholder discussions, updates, and presentations with the product lead.

Requirements

• Strong ownership, curiosity, openness to feedback, and care for users.
• Interest in product categories and business models, including how products create value and generate revenue.
• Comfort working with data; spreadsheets or SQL experience is useful or willingness to learn is expected.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfort using AI tools for research, analysis, writing, and experimentation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, Spain.
