Global Operations Manager (Latin America)

Location: Redmond, Washington, United States; onsite, not remote. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours or weekends is required.

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 per year, plus potential incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop execution plans for initial market access and rapid operational growth across Latin America.
• Track and report KPIs covering market activation, product accessibility, and operational health.
• Guide planning, resource management, and business-model development for Starlink verticals.
• Identify, develop, track, and execute business initiatives with Starlink leadership.
• Lead process and system enhancements that improve handoffs, customer experience, and business scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external resources to support compliance and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• At least 1 year of experience based abroad or working with operations outside the United States.
• At least 1 year of analytical experience, including Microsoft Office applications or Excel modeling.
• Experience leading complex operational or strategic initiatives and independently managing projects.
• Must meet applicable U.S. ITAR authorization requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, R, SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, or Ruby.
• Success working with competing priorities and aggressive schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior business leaders.
