Manager, GEO & Web Strategy (AI)

Location: Flexible - USA; remote

Salary: $128,100–$160,100 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead corporate website strategy and development, including site architecture, technical execution, platform management, and the performance and user experience roadmap.
• Own GEO and AEO strategy, improving how hirify.global content appears in AI-generated answers and evolving search experiences.
• Lead conversion rate optimization and user experience strategy using GA4 and behavioral data.
• Manage the website's technical foundation, including crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and CMS health.
• Mentor an internal web developer and oversee technical execution, code quality, and delivery.
• Report web performance to marketing leadership and coordinate internal and external resources.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in web development or web strategy.
• 2+ years managing technical projects or people.
• Hands-on experience with site architecture, CMS platforms, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of GEO/AEO principles, structured data, and AI-driven search.
• Experience improving conversion rates and website performance using GA4.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, self-direction, and agency management skills.
