What you will do

• Engage with bankers and investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate how hirify.global's AI solutions can address them.
• Lead full-cycle client engagements and build consultative relationships with financial institutions.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations for use cases including public company research, M&A advisory, and company diligence.
• Establish credibility as an expert in applying AI to banking and investment workflows.
• Partner with marketing to develop content for bankers, investors, and specific financial practice areas.
• Represent the voice of the customer, share market feedback with sales and product teams, and research customers and competitors.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a front-office finance role.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Action-oriented approach combining creative problem-solving with execution.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle ambiguity, collaborate effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup.
• Knowledge of large language models, including the ability to explain how a transformer works.
