Analyst, Retail Industry Insights (Retail Analytics): Delivering client analytics and actionable retail insights for assigned retailer accounts with an accent on statistical analysis, research methodologies, and client relationship management. Focus on developing business profiles, presenting recommendations, supporting proposals, and identifying services that address retailers’ business needs.

What you will do

Support timely delivery of analytical services to assigned retailer clients.
Maintain accurate and insightful client business profiles for senior management.
Present insights, actionable recommendations, and value-added analyses during client reviews.
Prepare and deliver proposals and credentials, independently or with senior staff.
Support revenue generation, contract costing, and budget performance for the client portfolio.
Identify new and enhanced services that address client business needs and maintain key client relationships.

Requirements

BA or BS degree.
Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis.
Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.
Effective writing skills.
Strong organization, time management, deadline management, and client communication abilities.
