What you will do

• Analyze business processes and operational data from internal systems and external sources.
• Develop observations, recommendations, reports, and graphics for internal and external customers.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and lead selected projects when appropriate.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support problem solving, crisis response, pricing, and costing decisions.
• Assess productivity and support transition management, business development, and corporate training.
• Build effective relationships across operations, functional groups, and external customer organizations.

Requirements

• Experience performing business and process analysis using operational data and external information.
• Ability to translate analysis into substantive ideas, recommendations, and business value.
• Ability to produce clear reports and data visualizations for different audiences.
• Understanding of process improvement, productivity assessment, pricing, and costing activities.
