Location: Pasay/Manila, Philippines; at least 3 days in the office are required.

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects for hirify.global client institutions and processors, managing scope, deliverables, timelines, and client expectations.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements, providing consultative guidance on hirify.global regulations, fees, features, and functionality.
• Coordinate internal hirify.global resources and external stakeholders to support processing changes, system enhancements, and client initiatives.
• Test and troubleshoot installed system functionality, document technical issues, and escalate them to product and integration teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and processing performance.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, issue logs, support documentation, and monthly management updates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's or advanced degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or technical support.
• Experience managing project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
• Experience coordinating internal and external resources for project delivery.
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting technical issues.
• Experience with client consultation and requirements gathering.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or more than two years with an advanced degree.
• Experience identifying processing efficiencies and supporting system enhancements.
• Experience representing client system and operational requirements to internal organizations.
• Experience supporting business enhancements, mandates, and internal support documentation.
