Salary: $86,500–$138,500 annually, plus eligibility for 401(k) and equity grants.

What you will do

• Build financial models and analyze large datasets to provide recommendations and conclusions to leadership.
• Develop reporting frameworks, business metrics, and performance indicators.
• Build and update forecast models for strategic planning, target setting, and annual and quarterly planning.
• Support weekly and monthly business reviews and financial reporting.
• Coordinate the monthly close process and ensure accurate books and records.
• Collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams while managing multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or Economics.
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience with knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, data tables, and pivot tables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, independence, creativity, and the ability to prioritize changing workloads.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hyperion SmartView, Tableau, Oracle ERP, or SQL.
