Account Manager, Strategic Acute Care

Location: Remote, US

Salary: $33.65 per hour, equivalent to $70,000 annually, plus commission

What you will do

• Reactivate dormant and inactive healthcare facility accounts through proactive cold calling and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with dormant and existing clients.
• Increase utilization of existing contracts and secure active staffing requisitions by phone and email.
• Generate client leads through strategic planning and referrals.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts with healthcare facilities.
• Manage high-volume activity while maintaining urgency, follow-through, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent direct industry experience.
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong relationship management, client service, and communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs, take initiative, and achieve goals.
• Self-motivated approach and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
