Industrial Engineer (Temporary)

Location: Onsite in Toluca, Mexico; full-time onsite attendance required. Temporary assignment for 12 months.

What you will do

• Develop, track, and analyze Manufacturing Master Schedules to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues.
• Apply critical path methodology to network development, analysis, and problem resolution.
• Optimize operation sequences and manufacturing workflows.
• Create crew plans and metrics to allocate resources and monitor schedule progress.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency through waste elimination and process improvements.
• Analyze data, establish shop metrics, and provide technical support to manufacturing, maintenance, production supervisors, and production associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency required, including technical vocabulary, meeting participation, basic presentations, and clear report writing.
