Focus on modernizing real-time payment and financial systems, embedding responsible gaming safeguards, and scaling a multidisciplinary product organization across a regulated multi-jurisdictional environment.
Location: New York City, hybrid
Salary: $287,000–$402,000 USD annually, plus potential bonus and stock incentives.

is a mobile gaming and wagering company operating sportsbook, casino, horse racing, daily fantasy, television, and OTT products across the United States and Canada.
What you will do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for account, wallet, ledger, responsible gaming, MarTech, and loyalty enablement products.
- Set strategy for centralized customer infrastructure supporting sportsbook, iGaming, racing, fantasy, retail, and future products.
- Modernize wallet and ledger systems for real-time payments, multiple funding methods, promotional credits, and auditable financial records.
- Lead account onboarding, KYC and identity verification, authentication, account recovery, and responsible gaming safeguards.
- Build loyalty, rewards, personalization, CRM, notification, and lifecycle marketing capabilities.
- Lead and scale a multidisciplinary product organization of approximately 70–80 colleagues while partnering with engineering, design, data science, compliance, legal, marketing, and vertical product leaders.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in VP- or SVP-level product leadership.
- Experience owning platform or shared-services products such as accounts, identity, payments, wallets, ledgers, trust and safety, loyalty, or CRM/MarTech.
- Experience in online gaming, sports betting, fintech, e-commerce, or another regulated consumer marketplace.
- Experience building and scaling secure, accurate, compliant payments, wallet, or ledger systems.
- Strong technical fluency and experience partnering with engineering on highly available, financially sensitive systems.
- Exceptional executive communication, board-level presentation, cross-functional leadership, and people-management skills.

- Deep familiarity with responsible gaming principles and multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
- Experience with loyalty, lifecycle marketing, CRM, and personalization products.
