About the Role

You will manage cross-functional projects, including product launches, partner integrations, network initiatives, and global expansion. You will maintain plans and dashboards, coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and create scalable project-management processes for reliable delivery.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects
• Experience delivering projects involving multiple partners, integrations, or global teams
• Experience with project management tools, progress tracking, and reporting
• Based in San Juan, PR

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects, including product launches, partner integrations, and network initiatives
• Oversee integrations with banking partners, payment processors, and strategic partners
• Coordinate product, business development, operations, compliance, and finance stakeholders
• Build and maintain project plans, tracking systems, and dashboards
• Identify dependencies, surface risks, and drive resolution
• Lead Visa and Mastercard program initiatives and partnership rollouts
• Coordinate global expansion readiness across markets, products, and partners
• Establish scalable execution frameworks and processes
• Contribute project-management standards and best practices
