Salary: $193,300–$261,500 annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.

hirify.global develops SageMaker Studio, an integrated machine learning development environment for notebooks, experiment management, model creation, debugging, and model and data drift detection.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development and delivery of SageMaker Studio IDE experiences, including JupyterLab, Code Editor, and local IDE integrations.
• Lead the strategic vision and development of agent infrastructure for the next generation of SageMaker AI.
• Design and deliver customer-facing features in collaboration with UX designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Plan roadmaps, prioritize projects, and lead execution of complex technical initiatives.
• Manage the platform hosting the team’s IDEs and maintain operational and engineering excellence.
• Mentor engineers and help develop their technical performance and careers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional, non-internship software development experience.
• 4+ years of programming experience with at least one programming language.
• 4+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead.
• Experience with software development life-cycle practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, preferred.
