Delivery Consultant - AI/ML, AWS Professional Services - HCLS (AI/ML)

Location: United States — Jersey City, Seattle, Arlington, Atlanta, New York, Herndon, Chicago, Houston, or Dallas. Customer-site travel may be required.

Salary: $131,300–$177,600 or $144,500–$195,400 USD annually, depending on location.

What you will do

• Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design scalable, reliable, high-performance, and secure Agentic AI and machine learning pipelines.
• Build MLOps solutions using AWS services and apply GenAI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Science, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Applications teams to operationalize data and models.
• Advise customers on AI/ML, GenAI, AWS architectures, industry trends, and cloud adoption strategies.
• Share knowledge through mentoring, training, publications, and reusable technical artifacts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, ELB, RDS, Route 53, and S3.
• 3+ years of software development or scripting experience.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning and generative AI models for business applications.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience working with executives, technologists, or partners.
• Experience with machine learning cloud services such as hirify.global SageMaker.

Nice to have

• Experience designing, deploying, and evaluating AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Deep learning, computer vision, human-robot interaction, or algorithm implementation experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with MLOps pipelines, distributed and GPU training, model deployment, monitoring, retraining, containers, and CI/CD.
