Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI products, platforms, and enterprise-scale solutions from development through production.
• Establish and operate an AI Factory model for rapid experimentation, scalable implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive multiple AI initiatives while balancing innovation, governance, quality, risk, and business value.
• Lead cross-functional teams building automation, machine learning, generative AI, intelligent workflows, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Champion AI engineering, MLOps, responsible AI, testing, deployment, and performance-monitoring practices.
• Remove delivery roadblocks and build alignment across technology, operations, product, analytics, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading technology initiatives, products, or transformation programs.
• At least 2 years of experience leading AI engineering teams.
• Experience building and deploying LLM-based AI agents with reasoning loops and tool integrations.
• Experience with Vertex AI, including Model Garden, Vector Search, Agents, and Pipelines; RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector stores, and multimodal workflows.
• Experience building scalable AI microservices on GCP using Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery, plus collaboration with MLOps and DevOps teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, data analysis, machine learning frameworks, large-scale ETL, cloud platforms, and DevOps pipelines.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in AI, digital transformation, automation, or machine learning within healthcare.
• Understanding of operations, technology platforms, organizational change management, communications, and business processes.
