TL;DR
Delivery Consultant (AI/ML): Designing, implementing, and delivering scalable AWS-based GenAI and ML solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on cloud architecture, model deployment, and secure implementation. Focus on gathering complex requirements, developing training and inference strategies, optimizing production systems, and guiding customers through large-scale cloud adoption.
Location: Onsite in Zurich or Geneva, Switzerland

What you will do
- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications on AWS.
- Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout customer projects.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and define model training, fine-tuning, building, and deployment strategies.
- Advise customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and AWS best practices.
- Lead implementation activities, optimize performance, and manage delivery risks.
- Share expertise through mentoring, training, and reusable technical artifacts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- 2+ years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI or ML solutions for training, fine-tuning, or inference.
- Experience developing software in at least one programming language, such as Java or Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
- Experience with deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, graph neural networks, or distributed training.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- AWS Professional-level certification, such as Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional.
- Hands-on experience with S3, Redshift, SageMaker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, or EC2.
- Automation scripting with Python, Perl, or Ruby.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR security and compliance standards.
- Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
