Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Generative AI): Design and deploy end-to-end Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise workflows with an accent on LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent orchestration. Focus on building production-ready AI architectures, improving factuality through retrieval and prompt strategies, and translating client business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Location: Fully onsite in Denver, Colorado, with daily presence required at the LoDo/Union Station office. Remote, hybrid, and out-of-area candidates are not considered.

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement Agentic AI architectures and reusable frameworks for enterprise workflows.
• Integrate LLMs and multimodal Generative AI models into production solutions.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using vector, semantic, and hybrid search.
• Develop prompt templates, data pipelines, annotation and evaluation tooling, and model improvement workflows.
• Orchestrate multi-agent workflows requiring planning, reasoning, and tool use.
• Work with product managers and clients to identify high-value use cases, define business benefits, and align AI strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Agentic AI frameworks, including Claude and OpenAI.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning and NLP libraries.
• Experience building RAG solutions with Azure AI Search and OneLake/Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, cloud AI platforms, MLOps, and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Denver with daily office presence; out-of-area, remote, and hybrid candidates are not considered.

Nice to have

• Experience building custom solutions and plugins using Claude.
• Experience with AI ethics, security, governance, and enterprise compliance standards.
• Experience leading client workshops, assessments, and consultative AI strategy discussions.
