Procurement Officer - Manufacturing

What you will do

• Plan procurement for raw materials, auxiliary materials, spare parts, machinery, and equipment based on production requirements.
• Evaluate suppliers, diversify sourcing, and conduct purchasing activities to maintain a stable supply.
• Coordinate warehouse deliveries and payment plans with relevant departments.
• Organize and support forwarding services, import declarations, and receipt of imported goods.
• Coordinate with QA and Logistics to verify goods, complete import procedures, and ensure timely and safe warehouse delivery.
• Assess forwarders, process payments, and prepare regular work reports.

Requirements

• Experience in import operations and a solid understanding of purchasing contract terms and conditions.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices.
• Familiarity with LC processes and other payment methods.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and figures.
• Good Vietnamese and English communication skills.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, negotiation skills, integrity, and the ability to collaborate across functions.
