What you will do

• Process voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, including interpreting terms and allocating proceeds to holders.
• Perform reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and mitigate operational risk.
• Monitor deadlines and critical cut-offs for timely instruction processing.
• Manage stock records for various retail and institutional accounts.
• Provide outstanding client service and escalate operational issues to management when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with custodians, depositories, and counterparties.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience or recent graduate with professional internship background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex operational issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with custody platforms and settlement systems.
• Familiarity with DTC, Euroclear, or Clearstream.
