Financial Services Representative (Finance)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Training is on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; qualifying evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be fully remote after training.

Salary: $25.43 per hour. Training compensation is $52,900 annually ($25.44 per hour), with potential first-year total compensation of up to $60,390, including bonuses and eligible shift differentials.

• Answer inbound client calls and provide personalized support.

• Ability to complete on-site training in Omaha from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Ability to work assigned evening, overnight, weekend, or weekday shifts after training.

Nice to have

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
