Specialist, Operations - DAF

Location: Westlake, Texas, United States; hybrid work with regular in-person attendance

Salary: USD $27.31–$44.38 per hour

hirify.global provides administrative and other services to DAFgiving360, an independent nonprofit organization supporting donor-advised fund giving in the United States.

What you will do

• Process grant recommendations submitted by DAFgiving360 account holders.
• Enter grant information into the database and verify charity contact information and tax-exempt status.
• Review grant designations for compliance with DAFgiving360 policies and IRS requirements.
• Correspond with donors, clients, investment advisors, and charitable organizations.
• Support the inbound phone line for clients, financial advisors, and charities when needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of employment experience, preferably in nonprofit organizations, donor-advised funds, or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service and communication skills.
• Experience applying policies and guidelines and reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, organization, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and personal accountability.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred.
