Senior Marketplace Operations Leader (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and scale hirify.global's financial engine driving banking operations and marketplace growth.
• Drive growth of active sellers and published base while improving category mix and merchant quality.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies including pricing, policy mechanisms, and monetization of programs.
• Lead data-driven governance and measurement systems to improve merchant selection and performance.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate operational needs into scalable tooling and infrastructure.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex initiatives with agile prioritization and execution speed.
• Scale and professionalize merchant success and acquisition teams with clear standards and coaching.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience with 3-5 years in senior leadership owning supply side of major E-commerce, B2B Marketplace, or Fintech platform.
• Proven track record scaling merchant base while maintaining quality and trust metrics.
• Experience in commercial strategy and P&L ownership optimizing marketplace unit economics.
• Strong data-driven leadership using complex metrics to drive decisions and accountability.
• Platform-centric product thinking with ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams.
• Expertise in agile execution and prioritization managing competing priorities and delivering high-impact initiatives.
