What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and protect valuable innovations with inventors and technical teams.
- Draft and prosecute patent applications across diverse technical areas.
- Support patent strategy, portfolio growth, management, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external patent counsel and provide IP guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, anticipate challenges, and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Mathematics, Computing Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience drafting and prosecuting patents before a Patent Office.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and judgment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, take accountability, and work with varied technical and business audiences.
- Registration as a European Patent Attorney or equivalent certification is an asset.
