Fullstack Developer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain fullstack functionality for the ChartCheck application across frontend and backend systems.
• Design and implement scalable web and cloud-based software solutions using C# and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative software products for cancer treatment centers.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high software quality standards.
• Manage development work independently through tickets and project workflows.
• Support teammates through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mentorship.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related field (MS preferred) with at least 5 years of experience.
• Deep programming expertise in C#, C++, or Java.
• Fullstack development experience across frontend and backend web and cloud systems.
• Database experience with MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong application programming skills in C# and JavaScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with WPF / C#.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lit.
• Clinical programming experience with HL7 or DICOM.
• Experience working within HIPAA and medical device software development environments.
• Cybersecurity and software risk management experience.
