Key Account Manager (FMCG)

What you will do

• Manage local key accounts, sales volume, market share, budgets, and annual promotion schedules.
• Expand distribution and improve in-store execution according to hirify.global standards and the 4P strategy.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and drive account programs and incremental opportunities.
• Conduct business reviews and use market, pricing, promotion, and display insights to support account decisions.
• Evaluate promotional and pay-for-space ROI, including post-promotion analysis.
• Communicate account initiatives to field teams and travel to maintain effective collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales or equivalent category management experience, preferably in beverage, CPG, FMCG, or direct store delivery operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, active listening, and solution-oriented skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry and regional major account operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English and French proficiency required.
