UI/UX Designer (Mobile Games)

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 per year

hirify.global is an entertainment studio developing casual puzzle and story-driven mobile games, including Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, Cookie Jam, and Panda Pop.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product management, concept art, game design, and engineering.
• Define, design, and implement UI/UX solutions for mobile game products.
• Work across the product lifecycle from concept through final launch.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, and prototypes.
• Present designs and milestone deliverables while explaining design rationale.

Requirements

• Experience integrating UI assets into Unity.
• Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, mobile prototypes, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or other prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of advanced graphic design principles and adherence to product style guides.
• Ability to scope work, set deadlines, deliver on time, and exchange feedback constructively.
• Strong UI/UX design skills demonstrated through a portfolio; an online portfolio, website, or PDF with recent artwork is required.

Nice to have

• Experience creating animated UI mockups and transition prototypes.
• Knowledge of motion design principles.
• Previous experience working on casual mobile games.
