Product Manager (UAS)

Location: Red Cat Corporate, Salt Lake City, Utah, United States

What you will do

• Support product ownership and lifecycle management from concept through retirement.
• Coordinate product development, positioning, and execution with engineering, marketing, business development, operations, program management, and leadership.
• Support launch planning, legacy product transitions, new product introduction, and go-to-market activities.
• Develop technical and business requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify product opportunities and improvements.
• Monitor product performance, budgets, risks, quality, manufacturing efficiency, and customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in a technical development or product-related environment.
• Knowledge of UAS systems and products.
• Experience supporting both R&D and product sustainment activities.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence and must not require sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with defense products and customers.
