Sr. Technical Recruiter (Starbase)

Location: Starbase, Texas; onsite 100%. Remote and hybrid schedules are not available.

What you will do

• Partner with client groups on headcount planning, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Source and screen candidates for mission-critical technical positions and recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate onsite interviews, provide candidate tours, and manage the candidate experience.
• Participate in interviews alongside hiring teams to evaluate candidates.
• Manage HR onboarding activities, including background checks, reference checks, offer negotiations, offer letters, and new-hire paperwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional recruiting experience; or an associate degree and 6+ years; or 7+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Must work onsite 100% in Starbase, Texas; remote and hybrid work are not available.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or be eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously, collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineers.
• Experience with high-volume and full-life-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with cold calling, networking events, targeted sourcing campaigns, and other non-standard recruiting methods.
• Experience working directly with director- and VP-level technical leaders.
