Location: Remote, United States; hybrid work is possible for candidates near the Atlanta office. Travel: 0β5%.
Salary: $62,000β$68,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do
- Review building design, construction, and operations documentation for compliance with LEED BD+C, ID+C, O+M, and SITES rating systems.
- Analyze forms, calculations, plans, specifications, commissioning reports, and operational policies for certification reviews.
- Communicate technical requirements and provide customer service to project teams and owners.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of work completed by other reviewers after the initial training period.
- Support sustainability certification pursuits, business development activities, and technical resource development.
- Develop toward Senior Reviewer status within approximately one year while meeting quality, efficiency, and timeliness goals.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or higher in architecture, planning, engineering, sustainable built environment, public policy or administration, construction management, environmental science, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including technical writing, are required.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, sound judgment, accountability, and the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work independently and in small groups with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Technical understanding of building operations, construction methods, materials, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, landscape design, planning, zoning, or urban development is preferred.
Nice to have
- LEED AP specialty certification.
- Ability to interpret building floor plans, sections, site plans, construction specifications, mechanical schedules, commissioning reports, and operational policies.
- Experience with ISO standards.
