- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Requirements
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Croatian/Slovenian and English.
- Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
