What you will do

• Handle customer support tickets for assigned game studios.
• Resolve account-related and technical issues for players.
• Process purchase and gameplay-related queries.
• Stay updated on the client's newest projects, updates, and branding.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Operations Managers to improve service quality.

Requirements

• Japanese: Advanced level (C1 minimum)
• English: Intermediate level (B2 minimum)
• In-depth gaming knowledge and a passion for video games.
• Ownership of a modern gaming platform (PS4/5, Xbox One/Series X, Nintendo Switch, or gaming PC).
• Dedicated quiet workspace located within your residence
• Specific technical setup: Windows 11/macOS 13+, 8GB RAM, CPU Mark 9220+, GPU G3D Rating 4806+, and 15 Mb/s symmetric internet speed.
