Principal Project Manager - HVAC Service and Solutions

Location: Onsite in Fort Myers, Florida, with occasional local travel to customers and job sites

Salary: $113,800–$193,900 annual base salary plus a 20% annual bonus in Florida

What you will do

• Manage all phases of turnkey project planning and delivery, including development, administration, cost control, quality control, staffing, commissioning, and closeout.
• Engage with customers to understand their goals, anticipate needs, and address concerns.
• Review project proposals to confirm funding, timelines, procedures, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate project teams and continuously improve project management processes, procedures, and tools.
• Manage project team P&L performance and deliver annual financial objectives.
• Lead employees and subordinate supervisors, including hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, compensation decisions, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience and 3–5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience forecasting and coordinating large, complex projects, including AIA documentation.
• Previous contract writing experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have
